Return and refund.

The return policy is 7 natural days after receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

To be able to return the product, it must not have been used and must be in the same conditions as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Communicate with us by email to obtain further instructions or if you have any questions.

In certain cases, partial refunds will only be issued (when applicable):
*Any product that is not in its original state, that is damaged or has missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.
*Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (when applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you decide, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or payment method for your purchase within a few days.

Refund delayed or not received (when applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Please communicate with the company about your credit card, as your refund may take some time to be published.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before issuing a refund.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
In case of return of goods on offer, this will be done based on the price corresponding to the time of purchase.

Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email.

Transport
Usted will be responsible for paying shipping to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you are sending a high-value product, consider hiring a shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the reception of the returned product.
