Can I use more than one discount coupon?

How do I get free shipping?
If your order contains one of the products with “free shipping” in the description, all other products you choose will also ship free of charge.
EXCHANGES ON REQUEST
If you can make changes to the order before the products are shipped, this will take approximately 3 days after purchase. If they have been shipped and the tracking code has been provided, the products are not within reach and have left our distribution center, so we cannot change any aspect of the order.
I registered with the incorrect email address. What should I do?
Simply send us an email with the subject "Change data" indicating the correct email and we will resolve it for you. It is important that this is an email that you have frequent access to, because this is where we will send you communications about orders and send you exclusive offers!
Can I change the delivery direction?
If the products have not yet been shipped, we can! Simply send us an email with the subject "Change details", and we will take more urgency to change the address before sending the products. If you only communicate with us after the products have been shipped, we cannot make this change because it is not within our reach.

From the moment we identify the payment, we begin preparing your order. The average time to send products and make available the tracking code is 3 to 10 working days, which may vary during festive days and times of high volume of purchases.
How long can I follow my order?
The tracking code is available and sent automatically as soon as the product is published, approximately 3 to 10 days after purchase. The order can be tracked via our Order Tracking page.
If the “not found” message appears, don’t worry! The postal system takes 5 to 10 days for international tracking codes to appear. In this case, wait and try it again after a few days.
When will I receive my products?
For imported products, it takes between 2 and 6 weeks to arrive at your home, but our average delivery time is 22 working days.
Is there any risk in the shipment? How does your process work?
Delivery is safe and 100% guaranteed. Products are shipped from our distribution centers in Europe, EE. UU. and also Asia. The initial trip is carried out by a transport driver in his country of origin, until he arrives in Brazil. The rest is via mail.
